9 September 2015: Nominated for the Register by a member of the public as disused. The property is currently under marketing for sale through agents Macleod & Macallum at offers over £90,000. The sales particulars note the property is in need of upgrading. For Investigation.

28 November 2018: External inspection finds the property remains disused and appears to have been so for some time. Overall the property is in fair condition but slipped roof slates are evident, rainwater goods are broken in places and there are signs of dampness to walls, with cracked harl. The adjacent farm remains in use.

14 February 2019: The property does not appear to remain under marketing for sale at this time.

12 March 2019: Listed Building Consent for alteration and renovation is being sought (19/00575/LBC).

30 July 2019: Listed Building consent detailed above granted subject to conditions.

23 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains disused.
