Description

Probably 19th century (built before 1878). Single storey 3-bay Hebridean-type cottage. Central door on north west elevation; 4-pane sashes; 3 windows to rear. Rubble-built slightly battered walls with curved angles; painted reveals piended tarred felt roof (originally thatched) set back traditionally to inner face of wallhead. (Historic Scotland)

Development History
9 June 2015: External inspection finds the appears vacant. The felted roof is patched, timber elements are in need of maintenance. The cottage does not appear to have electricity. The cottage was marketed for sale in 2013 as a former holiday cottage in need of investment.
23 December 2015: Local planners report they visited the property 2 years ago and confirm it had no electrical supply.
