Development History
5 December 2018: External inspection finds this garage disused and in overall poor condition. There are areas of extensive slate loss exposing sarking. Rainwater goods are broken or missing in places. There are areas of damp on the masonry with vegetation growths and staining. Damage to lead flashing. Some broken roof lights and other openings. Paint and harl is cracking. Grounds secured by gates. Moved to At Risk.
