Development History
30 August 2019: External inspection finds the property disused and appears to have been so for some time. The right hand retail unit is grilled, the left obscured with an advertising board. Dampness is becoming an issue at the site. Rainwater goods to the front elevation are concealed but some staining to the parapet and flaking paint at the upper left cornice suggests it may be defective in part. To rear the building is in poorer condition - rainwater goods are intact but clogged with vegetation, cast-iron pipes are rusting and damp staining/ algae growth to walls suggests they too are defective. Shrubs have established to walls. A brick extension appears unsecured and open to the elements. Whilst timber windows to the front are in fair condition, rear windows are grilled but glazings may be missing in places. Roof pitches could not be viewed so their condition has not been assessed. Moved to At Risk.
