Development History
30 August 2019: External inspection finds the tenement majority disused - two of the retail units remain in use, one further retail unit is disused as are the upper floors. West Dunbartonshire Council advise the upper floor flats were refurbished approximately 10 years ago but have remained disused since these works completed.

Overall the building appears to be in fair condition but with some signs that the concealed front gutter may not be entirely functioning - peeling paint and some limited staining. From what could be viewed of the rear roof pitch, some slates may be lifting. To rear render has been patched in sections, rainwater goods appear intact and functioning. The front elevation may have had paint removed, or been subject to some form of stone-cleaning in the past.
23 September 2021: External inspection finds the building to be in similar condition to the previous report. The upper floors remain vacant while 2 of 3 shop units on ground floor are in use.
23 January 2023: Shop unit at 133 is listed for sale with Online Property Auctions. Guide price £45,000.
