Development History
2 May 1992: The Dumfries and Galloway Gazette reports that Regional Councillors have rejected an application to convert the south west section into a 1-bedroom flat and store. The church has latterly operated as an antiques shop. The eradication of dry rot in the roof timbers and floors was estimated at £100,000 by the church committee who owned previously. September 1992: External inspection reveals the main windows to be boarded up, though the church may still be partly occupied. It stands in reasonable condition. January 2001: Local planners are unaware of any change.
July 2011: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
27 February 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. The site may be in use for storage.
