Development History
December 2007: External inspection reveals the building to have a hole in the roof behind the chimney stack. The gutters are choked with plant growth and fallen leaves. The window glazings are all broken, the window frames are boarded from the inside and covered with metal grills on the exterior.
April 2008: Local planners report the building to be owned by Glasgow City Council.
July 2010: External inspection finds the building remains disused. The roof is deteriorating; ridge tiles have been lost and, to the rear, tree branches are resting on it. The gutters are exceptionally overgrown to front and rear. The timber eaves are decaying and some sections have been lost.
4 September 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
