Development History
May 2011: External inspection finds an attractive building, situated immediately alongside the road, now in a sem-derelict condition. There are broken/ missing pantiles and ridge tiles, lack of proper skews, plant growth at wallhead. Some stones missing at wallhead, evidence of rising damp. One window is missing, the other nearly lost.
5 February 2013: A member of the public advises the building remains at risk and is deteriorating.
4 December 2014: External inspection confirms the roof of the former smithy has partially collapsed.
