19 February 2014: Inspection finds the SE parapet missing to the bridge. Scaffolding has been erected around the structure but no current repair work appears to be underway. The revised consented redevelopment plan (11/00533/FLM) for the estate notes the bridge, referred to as Deer Park Bridge, as intended for repair with a new principal access bridge proposed for construction.
