Development History
4 February 2014: External inspection finds a number of windows with broken glazings with pigeons flying into the building. The West elevation windows are bricked up. The rubble walls are in fair condition but rainwater goods are blocked and leaking in places. The roof has some slipped slates but otherwise is in fair condition. It is unclear whether the building is in use.
19 July 2024: Renewal of full planning permission (24/00754/FLL) is being sought for change of use and alterations to form an office and 3 flats is being sought.
