Development History
30 March 2017: Nominated for the Register by a member of the public disused and in poor condition. For Investigation.
19 May 2021: External inspection finds this mews building disused, vacant and in overall Poor condition. The felt roof is in poor condition with some signs of damp, including biological growths. There is extensive loss of rainwater goods. The surviving gutters are damaged, and the downpipe is blocked by vegetation growths. Although the main structure is intact the masonry appears unstable due to loss of mortar. Timber elements include the covers for the openings, and these are all in need of repair and maintenance. Secure barriers protect the north elevation where there appears to be an issue with water ingress. Moved to At Risk.
