Development History
21 February 2019: Nominated by local planners. Disused and deteriorating, with windows and door blocked up and part of the roof missing. Boundary walls form part of property. For Investigation
5 March 2019: External inspection finds this building vacant, disused and in poor condition. The roof is the main cause for concern. There are missing and broken pantiles exposing the interior to the elements. There are high and ground level vegetation growths, which could cause future damage to the masonry. Openings are blocked up. Harling loss to the West elevation. The boundary walls are suffering some masonry loss. Move to At Risk.
