Development History
29 August 2019: Local planners nominate the unlisted complex for the Register as disused building of character within the Peaston settlement. For Investigation.
18 June 2021: External inspection finds an extensive, partially ruinous farmstead. The site is secured locked gates and with CCTV. From what could be viewed at a distance large areas of roof are missing in places and collapsing in others. Where intact, there is evidence of slipped and damaged slates and extensive vegetation growth. No chimney stacks are visible. Rainwater goods are missing in places and where intact are in need of maintenance. Wall heads are exposed where roofs are missing and areas of collapse visible. Windows are missing in certain buildings.
