Development History
17 April 2020: Member of public advises that the building has been disused since April 2015. Previously was the Central Gurdwara, before the new building was completed at 174 Berkeley Street. Notes concern that its condition will deteriorate if left unused and unmaintained. For Investigation.
17 August 2023: External inspection finds the building to be in fair condition but appears to be vacant. The roof and windows appear to be modern and in good condition. There is some decay of the stone courses and graffiti on the rear elevations. Possible damp is noted at rear junction with building to the west and on rear elevation on the lane. Waste is noted at the front of the property. The doors appear to be secure. Move to At Risk. Condition set as Fair and Risk set as Low.
