Description
Skye-type thatched cottage. Single storey; 4-bay irregular east front (central door, 3 windows); 2 west-facing windows. Rubble-built, thick walls with squared angles. Off-centre axial and single end stack. Muran thatch roof secured with ropes and stone weights. Derelict outbuildings to north and to north east.

Development History
April 1996: External inspection reveals the cottage to be abandoned and derelict with its roof caving in. January 2001: Local planners are unaware of any change.
March 2010: External inspection finds the building a roofless shell in the slow process of collapse.
9 June 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously - subject to slow collapse.
