2 storey 3 bay harled and slated former post office with gabled dormers breaking the eaves. A door sits to the centre, with a further main entrance on a canted corner extension topped by 2 piended roofs.

Development History
November 1992: External inspection reveals the building to be derelict, with ivy obscuring much of its fabric. The doors and windows are broken. SCT understands that the owner would not be prepared to sell. October 1996: External inspection reveals that the building remains at risk, though the ivy growth has now been cleared. January 2000: Local planners are unaware of any change.
January 2008: External inspection reveals the roofs to be in a dilapidated condition with areas of exposed sarking boards and missing gutters. The property is vacant and deteriorating rapidly.
16 October 2013: External inspection finds the building is being extended to the South and North. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
