Development History
March 1999: External inspection finds the gazebo is deteriorating condition.
16 August 2012: External inspection finds this interesting little building in very poor condition and not wind or water tight. Rainwater goods are clogged, flashings to chimneys defective. Windows are missing glazing and timber elements are very decayed. There is evidence of slight structural movement to walls, spalling stonework and cement pointing. Vegetation growth is engulfing the structure. Moved to At Risk.
13 July 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
