Description
Small rectangular lectern doocot in random rubble, harled in places, with squared rubble quoins. A string course of flat slabs runs parallel to the lean-to roofline. A central doorway sits to the south. The nesting boxes are in stone.

Development History
August 1992: Local planners report that the doocot is now roofless and derelict with much vegetation growth.
May 2009: External inspection finds the doocot has lost its roof and is ruinous. The stone nesting boxes within appear to remain intact.
August 2011: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. As structure seems relatively stable, risk downgraded to moderate.
