September 2007: External inspection reveals the buildings are vacant and boarded up. There is some evidence that the rainwater goods may be defective.
October 2009: Local planners forward contact details for the owners.
November 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The property continues to deteriorate and is a cause for concern.
January 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
21 March 2013: One of the Anstruther THI officers confirms the building remains At Risk.
6 August 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same conditon as seen previously.
13 June 2019: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
2 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
