Single storey cottage with ancilliary outbuildings. Pantile roof with slate easing course and coped chimney stacks. Random rubble walls with ashlar margins. Brick built extension.

Development History
October 2007: Building brought to the attention of SCT by Local Planners. External inspection reveals the cottage to be in an advanced state of dilapidation. It is no longer wind and water tight, and is vulnerable to vandalism.
November 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The building continues to deteriorate.
March 2011: A member of the public advises that after the winter 2010/11 part of the roof collapsed.
23 September 2014: External inspection confirms the partial roof collapse previously noted. Condition moved to Very Poor and Risk level to High. A local resident has suggested the property may have been left in trust for a local church.
30 April 2019: External inspection finds no significant change from previous visit. Continues to gradually deteriorate.
