6 bay 2 storey plus attic former mill/ warehouse with 1 1/2 storey extension. Mansard roof to 3 bays. Slate and rubble construction. Modern roller shutter industrial door inserted into the gable wall. 2 pied dormer roofed doors in roof. Appears on the 1st edition 6" OS map of Huntly.

December 2007: External inspection reveals this unlisted building, within a conservation area, in a poor condition and appearing unused.
September 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The property continues to deteriorate. The building may be in use for storage/ garaging.
16 October 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously - some more slates are now missing from the roof.
