Development History
February 2008: External inspection reveals the barn is in use as a store. The attached horsemill was converted in 2007 but an engineer has informed the owner that the bowing out of the east wall makes it unsuitable for conversion. The south wall would benefit from repointing with lime.
20 May 2024: Planning permission (21/00533/FUL) was conditionally granted for the conversion of the barn and adjoining horse engine shed to form a dwellinghouse with a link extension (partly retrospective), 25/10/21. Documents submitted within the application note some external repair works have been undertaken to an adjacent barn and the former engine shed.
