Rectangular plan, single storey with attic, corner shop on ground floor with living accomodation above. Squared granite with gabled dormers and a slated roof. Shallow splayed entrance lobby to shop, central door with tall, narrow windows on timber stallrisers to each side. Timber fascias. Shop interior (from what could be seen through windows) timber lined.

Development History
February 2008: External inspection finds the building appears to have been vacant long term (from at least 2000? possibly last used as a cycle shop) and is in poor codition, particularly the dormer windows woodwork. Broken window panes may be evidence of vandalism.
October 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit.
December 2010: Full Planning Permission for Change of Use and Alteration to Shop to Form Dwellinghouse and Installation of Velux Rooflight was granted Dec 2010 ref: APP/2010/3329
23 October 2013: External inspection finds the building in much the same condition as seen previously.
30 May 2014: The property has been marketed for sale as a development opportunity. It is currently noted as Under Offer.
