Development History
June 2008: External inspection (limited due to foliage growth) finds the principle risk is of redundancy. The fabric of the building appears sound.
12 July 2012: External inspection finds much vegetation has been removed from the garden and roof repairs have been carried out in part. The property remains vacant and in need of maintenance.
15 September 2015: External inspection finds the building's windows have been replaced with UvPC frames. A Closing Order was applied to the property by Moray Council in 2010 ref: 10/00048/RES.
4 March 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains disused.
