Development History
June 2008: External inspection finds the tenements appears unoccupied and the shop fronts are boarded up. The building fabric is deteriorating as is the architectural detail.
6 September 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. The shop frontages are now boarded over.
16 September 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
22 December 2021: Being marketed for sale through Keller Williams. Fixed price of £150,000.
31 May 2023: A member of the public notes the property has been purchased by new owners. They are are working with contractors on plans to return the building to use.
