Development History
August 2008: External inspection finds the roof has a temporary repair to the roof alongside the flight holes which is now failing. Some small saplings have established themselves within the masonry.
16 November 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit - saplings at wallheads remain a cause for concern.
10 February 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
20 October 2020: External inspection finds the condition continues to gently decline particularly the roof with slipped slates, blocked gutters and plant growth. Although the walls appear sound there is some plant growth particularly on the ledges. Doors are boarded up but need repainting and maintenance.
