Three bay, two storey building rendered in rough cast. Roof covered in Scottish slate. The building appears to be nineteenth century but is much altered. Upper storey windows have been blocked up and rendered over. Ground floor shop windows with raised margins, recessed central doorway and raised stone base course.

Development History
March 2009: External inspection reveals that the building is vacant. The door is partially boarded over which suggests that the glazing is damaged. Application for change of use and alterations to form dwelling were conditionally approved Dec 2002 ref: 02/01767/COU.
August 2011: A member of the public advises the building is under repair and is being brought back into use as a carpet shop. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
September 2011: External inspection confirms restoration works underway.
23 April 2012: The Buildings at Risk Service is advised that the restoration of the building is nearly completed. The marketing of the site is understood to have commenced.
