Development History
March 2009: External inspection suggests that the building is disused. The window frames have a decayed appearance and the glass is generally smashed. A planning appliction was lodged and subsequently approved for change of use of this building into private housing in July 1990 (Ref: 90/01014/FUL).
August 2011: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
September 2016: Local planners note re-use of the property would be further considered within the proposed Jedburgh CARS.
18 July 2018: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. Local planners note issues with asbestos and nesting birds. Local planners are also still considering re-use of the property within the proposed Jedburgh CARS.
