Development History
October 2008: Limited external inspection possible as difficult to access. From distance the thatched roof appears to have collapsed inwards and the rubble walls are collapsing in sections.
July 2009: Catalogued during the Thatched Building Survey of Mull, Coll and Tiree, 1985. Noted as appearing to be a cottar house with walls appearing to be sound but thatch thinning and requiring repair. At this point the property was occupied until a few years previous. The property was noted as being the last in the line of a number of such houses, all of the others being ruinous.
27 June 2012: External inspection finds the external walls and both chimney stacks survive but the thatch roof has collapsed filling the interior. The walls remain largely intact but the walls of the adjacent buildings are ruinous.
