Development History
March 2009: External inspection finds the building in poor condition. A faulty downpipe is causing dampness in the surrounding masonry and vegetation growth. Two of the windows have been boarded over.
July 2009: Planning consent was approved for the Highway Christian Fellowship to convert the building from use as a builders store into a church hall in 1999. This conversion does not appear to have been carried out as no works started or completion information is available.
September 2011: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
28 August 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
