Description
2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan near-symmetrical house with lean-to projection spanning bays at right to rear. Harled. 1st floor windows hugging eaves.4-pane timber sash and case windows, predominantly boarded. Graded stone tone tiled roof; stone ridge; harled, coped gablehead stacks; cast-iron rainwater goods. A raggle over the door indicates the existence of a pitched-roofed porch. At some point the door has been moved to the left of centre to accommodate the porch. (Historic Scotland)

Development History
August 2009: External inspection finds the house is vacant, with much missing glass from the windows. The last owner is understoof to have passed away during the Winter of 2007-8.
12 September 2013: External inspection finds the building is no longer wind and watertight.
