Development History
August 2009: External inspection finds the building vacant with windows bricked up. There is a significant hole in the roof and all rainwater goods have been lost.
August 2010: Local planners report the building now has planning permission and building warrant approval for conversion to two flats ref: 09/P/1/0396. Owners agent advises works to be tendered 2010.
July 2011: External inspection finds since the previous site visit the building has lost its roof. The first floor wall to the rear is in poor condition: masonry has been lost round the former windows. Front facing windows are boarded up. A For Sale sign is affixed to the front door. The roof is understood to have been removed following the serving of an amenity notice in 2009, the building is noted as having been long-term vacant.
12 March 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Some of the protective plastic sheeting within the dwelling has become detached. A For Sale sign remains affixed to the front door .
7 March 2022: New owners have completed their purchase of the property and have plans to undertake a sensitive construction project to bring the building back into use.
