Development History
October 2009: External inspection finds the building to be boarded up and appears to have been disused for some. The roof is very mossy. There is damaged to the base courses of the stonework to the front elevation in a number of places.
13 August 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
18 July 2024: Full planning permission and listed building consent (20/00635/FLL and 20/00636/LBC) were conditionally granted for change of use and alterations to to form a dwellinghouse, 09/09/2020. An associated building warrant (20/01038/DOM2) notes building works have started. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
