Single storey traditional cottage with front porch. Roof and front elevation clad in corrugated iron. Would seem to appear on the 1st edition (six inch series) OS map as part of a row of buildings.

Development History
November 2009: External inspection finds the cottage vacant and deteriorating with broken rainwater goods. A planning application for replacement of the roof covering was granted June 2001 ref: 01/00985/DET.
25 July 2012: External inspection finds deterioration in the corrugated iron evident. From would could be viewed of the interior through windows, it has been largely stripped out. The cottage is being marketed for sale through Strutt and Parker.
20 November 2012: The building does not appear to be under marketing at this time.
6 December 2018: External inspection finds this building in much the same condition as seen previously. Deterioration continues. Windows have been removed and are covered with plastic sheeting. There is further corrosion of the corrugated ironwork. Timberwork is need of repair. Rainwater goods are broken in places. There has been some clearance of the vegetation on the grounds. Remain At Risk.
