3-storey and attic, 4-bay near square-plan tenement with modern ground floor shop. Painted harl. Wide shallow band course between 1st and 2nd floors; eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Strip quoins to E elevation and N elevation (right side only). Painted margins to windows at upper floors.

Development History
November 2009: External inspection reveals that the building is vacant and showing some signs of deterioration. In particular, the dormers and timber window frames are in poor condition. South Ayrshire Conservation Officer agrees that the building should be set to ALERT for monitoring purposes.
March 2012: External inspection finds the building remains vacant, with no significant change in condition from the last site visit. The building is being marketed for lease through agents Smith Cole Wright. Moved to At Risk.
11 September 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Change of Use and Listed Building Consent for use of retail space to form flats were conditionally approved Apr 2010 ref: 10/00233/APP & 10/00232/LBC
10 February 2015: The property remains under marketing for lease (or may sell) through joint agents Smith Cole Wright & Rydens.
17 June 2015: The property is being marketed for sale through auction by SVA Property Auctions.
24 February 2020: Local planners advise that the ground floor is now occupied; upper floors remain disused.
