Development History
November 2009: External inspection finds the process of collapse has begun; the roof structure is beginning to collapse, gutters are choked with vegetation and downpipes are not evident. Permissions for Demolition of lean-to-extension and erection of extensions and external alterations and installation of septic tank and soakaway, were approved June 2006, ref: 06/00254/DET.
28 May 2012: Local planners report the roof to the former lodge is now close to collapse. Condition changed to Very Poor.
31 August 2012: External inspection confirms roof has begun to collapse. There are trees growing from the valley gutter.
