Development History
November 2009: External inspection finds the elegant little building appears unoccupied and is being overgrown with ivy. An application for alteration and extension to dwelling (renewal of permission 03/00218/DET)was approved in April 2008.
June 2010: Knockdow Estate, including the lodge, is placed on the market for sale, as a whole, or in lots. The East Lodge is included for sale with Knockdow House & Stable Block, guide price £1,350,000.
31 August 2012: External inspection finds no signficant change from the previous site visit.
