2 storey store built former house with blocked up windows adn roller shutters to street and garden areas. new concrete tile roof. Photographs of the street held within RCAHMS archives, dated 1974, show the property with a slated roof and with chimney pots intact. All windows are bricked up.
Immediately adjacent to the building was a brick built steam forge (now demolished) which formed part of a number of buildings part of Andrew Flemings forge and blacksmith business. Query whether 90 King street was also in use by the business, potentially as storage space.
