One and a half storey stone built building with single chimney on the north gable, now a roofless shell. Concrete shaped steps located on School Street elevation. Located just on the edge of the Port Charlotte conservation area. Appears on the 1st edition (six inch series) OS map.
Understood to have previously operated as a croft/ dairy for the nearby Port Charlotte Hotel. Milk was collected from the School Street elevation via an in-situ casted, using corrugated iron surrounds, concrete steps.
