2 storey stone built industrial building with high pitched slated roof. Gable to the west has segmental arched doorway at ground lvel with arched window over. Adjacent buildings part demolished. Part of a large complex of buildings around a courtyard, formerly comprising the home farm to Islay House.

October 2009: External inspection finds the main part of this building is in good condition but open to the elements and unsecured.
Around 2001, the majority of the former Home Farm was renovated and successfully converted into workshops and retail units. The walled garden was also brought back into use as a community garden.
