Development History
August 2010: External inspection finds the building boarded up at ground floor level but may be partly occupied at upper level. Though generally sound, the overgrown vegetation to the rear is of concern and the building is overall in need of general maintenance.
28 May 2014: External inspection finds the condition of the building has deteriorated. The roof is in poor condition with slipped slates and is encroachd by vegetation. Chimneys show signs of cracking and vegetation growth is evident. Rainwater goods are blocked. Walls appear to be in fair condition but with patches of damp. Windows are partly boarded. The upper floor does not appear to be in use.
2 August 2018: External inspection finds the building in much the same condition as seen previously. There appears to have been some maintenance to the front elevation but the property still appears to be vacant.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
6 May 2024: Member of public advises, as suggested in the initial entry to BAR, that the upper floor is occupied.
