Development History
November 2010: External inspection finds a traditional cottage in a generally poor state with the roof in very poor condition with signs of structural problems with localised areas of collapse by the dormers. The front windows are boarded up.
10 June 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
16 December 2014: Building forms part of 37 Cupar Road, not 35 Cupar Road as previously recorded.
17 April 2019: External inspection reveals significant changes have occurred since previous visit: it is now in ruinous condition. Roof has collapsed, rainwater goods are gone, walls are intact but decaying. Windows and doors blocked up. Vegetation present within building.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
