August 2010: External inspection finds the building in very poor condition - heavy vegetation growth from gable wallheads, rainwater goods missing in parts and parts of the roof on a section appear to have been stripped. 28 May 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
2 August 2018: External inspection finds the building in much the same condition as seen previously. There is a large buddleia growing from the West gable.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
