Development History
January 2011: External inspection finds the building substantially intact but vacant. There are broken and missing pantiles to the roof, rainwater goods are in need of repair and the stone walls are in need of pointing. The associate outbuildings are in very poor condition.
28 October 2013: A member of the public advises they approached the current owner of the site and was advised that they do not wish to sell the property.
5 August 2014: External inspection finds the surrounding garden remains maintained and in use. The house remains disused and appears to be in much the same condition as seen previously.
13 June 2019: Site visit attempted but property not accessible.
