Description

Two stone built and rendered former gate lodges with lancet windows. One of a number of lodges and former estate buildings to Aden House, now a gutted shell. Aden House is consolidated and forms the centre of the Aden Country Park. The lodges appear on the 1st edition 6inch OS map.

October 2010: External inspection finds both building are roofless shells but reasonably consolidated, though vegetation encroaches on one and covers the other.
22 October 2013: External inspection finds the pair of lodges remain in much the same condition as seen previously.
