Development History
September 2010: External inspection finds these sturdy local vernacular houses now empty and boarded up. There are significant roof problems, mainly to the rear.
17 October 2013: External inspection finds the buildings remain in much the same condition as seen previously.
24 January 2024: The owner of the property advises it was purchased in November 2022. Planning permission (APP/2023/0554) has been granted and works have begun to convert the two houses into a one 5 bedroom house. Move to Restoration in Progress.
