7 October 2010: External inspection finds this unusual building in fair condition but vacant and boarded-up. Its location makes it a target for vandalism
23 October 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. A Building Warrant for demolition of the structure was granted in 2005 ref: DW/2005/3199 but is thought to have expired 2008.
