Development History
20 July 2012: External inspection finds the upper stories have fallen into disused. First floor windows are boarded up to the front. All windows to the rear are boarded. There is stone erosion on the upper parts of the front and side elevations.
27 March 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. The ground floor unit is in use.
5 November 2021: First floor flat only being marketed at auction through Future Property Auction with an opening bid of £5,000.
6 September 2023: Local planners advise the property has degraded since last visit with smashed windows, broken bricks and birds nesting within the building.
