Development History
6 June 2012: External inspection finds the stone built service wing to the original Islay Hotel (itself demolished) in a ruinous but stable condition. The outbuildings were planned for retention and conversion to form ancilliary hotel accomodation as part of the redevelopment of the site ref: 04/01559/DET & 04/01635/CONAC. Work on the replacement hotel building (to the front of the plot) has completed.
