Description

2-storey, 3-bay house with centre door. Coursed rubble, random rubble flanks; contrasting painted ashlar margins and joints. Moulded architrave to door; eaves band and blocked eaves course; chimneys. Renewed gable slate roof. (Historic Scotland)

Development History
12 July 2012: External inspection finds a detached house in a fair condtion but boarded up and empty. It appears to be suffering from rising dampness. There is some minor damage to South roof slates and rusted rooflights are evident. Downpipes to rear are rusting and leaking. Some minor vandalism to boarding on one ground floor window.
22 January 2013: The property is being marketed for sale through agents ab+s Estate Agents at offers in the region £90,000.
14 July 2015: External inspection finds the building remains boarded up and subject to continuing deterioration. The property does not appear to remain under marketing for sale at this time.
4 March 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests works associated with Building Warrant (21/00895/BW) have commenced for conversion to form to holiday accommodation. Moved to Restoration in Progress.
